Booking: At the time of making your booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable.  Your deposit must be paid within 7 working days from the date of making your booking.  Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received at which time it will be acknowledged & confirmed.  The remainder of your tariff must be received 6 weeks before your holiday start date.  If the remainder of your tariff is not received 6 weeks before your holiday start date then your holiday is deemed to have been cancelled by you and the accommodation may be re-let.  If your holiday start date is less than 6 weeks from the date you make your booking then the Full Tariff is payable. Short breaks may be available between 1st October and 31st March and are subject to availability only.  Payment is by BACS

Arrivals: You may arrive at the property on the day of your booking from 4pm onwards.

Departures: You must vacate the property by 10 a.m. on the last day of your holiday. Please leave the property clean and tidy.

Utilities & Services: Central Heating, Electricity, Hot Water, Logs for the fire are all included in the tariff.  There is also free WiFi connection.

Private Parking: There are private parking facilities for both our let properties here at Honeymead, please ensure all vehicles within your party utilise the parking provisions provided.

2 Week or Longer Bookings: If your booking is for 2 weeks or longer then you will be intitled to have the property cleaned and fresh bedding and linen will be provided on each Saturday between 10am and 3pm.

Dogs: Please ensure that dogs are clean when inside the properties and do not allow them on the furniture. Please avoid leaving dogs unattended inside the property.  Please keep dogs under control when walking on the estate or elsewhere.

At Your Own Risk: Please note that you are entirely responsible for any possessions or valuables left at the property, for cars parked there, for you and your guests when using any of the facilities offered including walking on the Estate. We advise that you use the keysafe provided to lock up the property and safely store the key whilst out and about.
